    Please follow these steps to resolve any possible problems.

      1. Refer to the e-interchange Diagnostics document(Click this Link). Pay special attention to the Known Issues section at the end of this document.
         
      2. Verify that you are using Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or later. From the Internet Explorer menu, click on Help - About Internet Explorer. Your version should be 6.### or higher. If you are using an outdated version of IE, click on this link and upgrade to the latest version before continuing with this test.

      3. In Internet Explorer select Internet Options from the Tools menu. Select the Security tab and click "Default Level" and then click "OK". This will reset your browser settings to their default. Now that the settings are set to their defaults, close Internet Explorer and then return to this diagnostic page to continue Step 2.

      4. Disable any software firewalls or popup blockers such as Norton's Firewall.

      5. Click the "Run Diagnostic" button below. This will check your compatibility with our required technologies. If any of the statuses show a status of "failed" you can resolve this problem by clicking on the description at which time you will be directed to a page where you can download and configure the required missing component.

      6. If you updated any of the required components in step 3, refresh this page by clicking on the refresh button or pressing the F5 key and repeat step 3.

      7. repeat steps 4 & 5 as necessary
